Chris, no matter. Conversion is a concept in law. You may not by your own intent violate someone elses property or civil rights just because you think you can get away with it.

Chads not punched out are saying loud and clear, Neither candidate is my choice. No other interpretation is possible.

107 million americans chose freely None of the Above. Statisticly, some % of the electorate voted on local candidates and issues but withheld their endorsement of the federal government.

All this is, is an attempt to convert someone elses vote to your own. It is not relevant that Bush signed a law in TX, no crime has yet taken place as a result, perhaps they will amend that law, before it's ever allowed to work it's deviousness on the TX electorate.
