Theralley will come in waves Shack, it will rise and fall but progressively get better as we get closer to a perceived Presidential resolution. What you should pick up here is that "throw the market a tidbit of good news on the Presidential process, and the people sitting on the sidelines are willing to jump back in. Using that logic, no matter how this turns out, Bush or Gore, there "should be a relief ralley!
