Heard they quit because the Hispanic precincts started coming up for Bush. Just heard on my car radio that fox news reported that a Miami-Dade Hispanic Congresswomen raised hell when after counting the black districts they were not going to recount the Hispanic ones. She claimed that the Hispanic districts voted heavily for Bush.
