J.N.N. I don't find it offensive at all what people chose to do with their own money. Once again, you are putting words into my mouth. As to ridicule - doctor, heal thyself. I generally do stay away from ridicule, choosing simply to state the facts. However, when people like yourself and JimC repeatedly use kindergarten insults in an attempt to shush me up, I naturally come back with a bit of the same. I do try to keep the level a bit higher than yours - again, just stating the facts - that it's foolish to let an investment lose 90% of it's value - rather than engage in the kind of silly name-calling that a few of the fanatical longs engage in. I don't have a short position - in EDIG or anything else. FWIW, I went long OEX and QQQ calls today. May be premature, but I think the handwriting is on the wall on the election thing - with Dade county not counting, Bush has it, and if it drags much past Thanksgiving, then negative public is going to build which both candidates are going to want to avoid.
