jim,

I guess your position is that "nooners" in your camper in the employee parking lot are subject to government probes.<G>

Is "government probe" the new code phrase for Willy? <G>

If the "nooners" are consensual, 'tain't nobodies business but their own, as long as it doesn't result in additional benefits in the workplace. Or detriments if you refuse.

In a sexual harassment lawsuit the law allows the accused to be questioned about his/her history of sex in the workplace in an attempt to determine whether the acceptance or refusal of the offer of sex has an effect on the individual's career (again, laws put in place by the Democrats). This is why they're so ugly. But given the timing of job offers to Monica, it certainly appears, at least at the surface level, that accepting Clinton's advances had a "positive" impact on her career.

My personal feeling is that Bill Clinton appears to be exactly the type of manager that the sexual harrassment laws were put in place to help protect women from. I will be curious to see if additional lawsuits are filed once he's out of power and his ability to damage careers and reputations is diminished.
