Being for "States Rights" has nothing to do with allowing criminality...and the Federal Courts do have jurisdiction over such criminality...no one in the Bush camp has ever advocated dismantling the Federal Courts. You are using typical political double-speak...trying to confuse the issues of local control of education and welfare with the Federal Court System...the motives of you and your Ilk are quite transparent.
