Yes as was the writing on the wall. To me the decision last night of the superior court was just about as dumb as you could get. They substituted a deadline for a deadline which really doomed Miami anyway and my belief is that even after Bush becomes president the Republican's will put resources into overturning the Florida decision and the democrat's, the loser's will have half hearted desire to expend resources.

SO ultimately the supreme court of Florida may have their noses rubbed in it for jumping into a process with a clear time line requiring and having deadlines the were the law.
