Not if they cant get the money. The companies that wont be able to get earnings soon, will be out of biz. When A company like Teligent is tetering on insolvency, you should ask yourself whomelse is not far behind. What if ATT goes bankrupt? Its not unthinkable with their massive debt load. At that point how will they afford upgrades?
