PITTSBURGH, and FAIRFAX, Va., May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Software developer Carnegie
Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CGIX) announced today that it has signed an agreement to partner with
Versatility Inc. (Nasdaq:VERS), a leading provider of open, CTI-enabled customer interaction
software for teleservicing, telesales and telemarketing call center solutions. Under the terms of this
agreement, Carnegie Group will provide systems integration and project management services to
Versatility customers. The partnership combines the features of Versatility's software with
