As I understand things, Dade continues to hand count "dimpled" and other previously rejected ballots; I doubt whether hand counting the ones the card readers read successfully would make much difference. BWDIK.

I think the rationale for stopping the full handcount was that it couldn't possibly be completed in time, and probably wasn't resulting in much change. As I understand it, the Republicans are furious over the decision.

Either way, I think SUNW will be higher in six months.
