Hi chomolunga,

I applaud the Bush decision to approve the appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. But I'm curious as to why the party phrased it the way they did. To wit: GOP presidential candidate George W. Bush has approved an appeal Not, 'he demanded', or 'he requested', or 'he decided'. No, he approved. This is very telling to me about the puppetry involved in a potential Presidency for this man. I'm wondering if any GOP partisans here are concerned that their leader is actually a mere figurehead without ultimate authority and that the true power in the Administration will be in the hands of shadowy apparatchiks. It concerns me.
