Let face it....it was a good PR move, lock in your 56k base, give away
the adsl upgrade, keeps ISP's happy, contniues 56k sales and keep the
focus on USRX.

Doesn't make me happy...but this is war for USRX...this is their
future...their not about to "handover" the 56k base to other ADSL
vendors.

Let them have the ISP's ...the RBOC/GTE war is big enough for Amati.
