This would appear to be the immediate main point of contention. Seems to me that such things as when a contract is over ought to be quite clear in the contract itself. I wonder why there is such a difference of opinion on this point, other than the fact that DEC would like to interpret it their way and vice versa? Contract ending dates usually are not open to interpretation. They are usually quite specific.
