Frank, What law did they throw out? They reconciled two contradictory provisions in the Florida election statutes. How is it a reconciliation between 2 laws if one is discarded (7 day deadline) in favor of the other? How is throwing a part of the law that favors your ideological opponent and stressing a part that favors your ideological ally a compromise or a reconciliation? This was a purely partisan ruling that lacks credibility. Joe
