Bush ran on the principle that the courts have taken over in areas where they indeed do NOT have rights. He will take the errant FLA SC action to the US SC, and then live with whatever decision he gets. The problem of the judicial system interfering with American self-determination would then be more apparent than before. This is not the end of the war-we are looking for the turning point. The latest attempt by the Demokratz to establish a dictatorship holds the potential to be that point. Thus the speculation in some corners that the loser of 2000 will actually be the winner...
