<But it was okay for Bush's team to sue them to stop it>

I don't believe I spoke as to whether it was/was not OK for Bush's team to sue. As a matter of fact I don't believe I made a statement as to whether either side is right.

I believe my comment is tuned to the fact that the Gore legal team to fight this stopping of the count is going to have to do and exact 180 on prime time tv. I just am finding it funny. I find it equally humorous that just 24 hours ago the Democrat's thought the SC was firmly in their camp until they realized today that the time limit put them under the gun.

None of this probably matters as they are going to count dimples now. Since the count is totally subjective at this point there is little doubt that the will of the Gore people will prevail.
