John, did you catch this statement made by the Florida Supreme Court? usatoday.com The decision spoke of defending the right of all voters to have their voice heard. ''Twenty-five years ago, this court commented that the will of the people, not a hyper-technical reliance upon statutory provisions, should be our guiding principle in election cases,'' the court ruled. So now the court just appointed themselves the official voice speaking for "the will of the people." This is ridiculous. We all know what the will of the people is, and it's as divided as Two-Face, the Batman villain. Because of this divided will, the only thing that's left is "hyper-technical reliance upon statutory provisions." That's what this case is truly about, even though the partisan court is pretending otherwise. Tenchusatsu
