Thanks for the information. Regardless of the fact that the lawyers make all the money, you did get some return for, effectively, doing nothing except give them your name, right?
Whatever the case, I just sold all my PRIA today at 19 3/8 (as well as several of my other holdings, although I kept my largest--AMKR). My average in PRIA was about 22.5, and I had a ton of gains in January/February, so I figured I'd take some tax "benefits" and hope the market doesn't go anywhere for a month. I thought PRIA's earnings were great, and I think the long-term (300mm) is great, but the market looks terrible. Since I have a lot of cash now, I would expect a huge rally Friday and Monday. . .
Sadly, the only profitable stock I have right now is a Transmeta short @ 44 1/4 (and a small short at that) and some real-estate stock (CRE) I picked up for the dividend. . . .
