RE: "If you are talking about Silicon Valley alone, maybe they did... I wonder how Bill Gates voted...I think he WAS a democrat."

Hi Jim, well, DJ was talking about CEOs in general, however, I'd agree with you the bulk of them could be in SV. MSFT isn't a startup in size, but is a large company.

RE: "PS...Amy J, if your start up is valid it will do well"

I believe it will. I might take you up on your earlier offer where you asked me to let you know how it goes. No one in my family ever asks me this (because they aren't as into biz as much as I am), so I appreciate people asking me how it's going and showing an interest. We're doing well. One of our strengths is on the operational side (i.e. the internals of our company, especially our engineering team) where it appears our engineering is developing at a rate of 2:1 more than a competing company on a per basis of equity. In fact, we were only one out of four companies in our entire industry that was recently invited to demonstrate "new technology" at this one show. I asked them why they selected us (instead of our competitors) and it had to do with a really neat feature that our product has (a feature that I had debated to put in, in the summer). I was really excited (and proud) about this.

Have a good Thanksgiving,
Amy J
