I don't think they have to discern the mind of the voter just the clear intent <g>. Still things should be shaping up for Bush.

I would feel better though if they kept the canvas board members in seclusion (protective custody?) until they were done with their work. I think Gore and his henchmen would resort to anything to get Gore into the presidency.
