TG,

IMO opinion the second they set a date different then the date set by the legislature they are making law.

They had a conflict between the date and the manual recount and to me they could have said that the 7 day rule is not reasonable and when the recount is finished those numbers have to be included. Had they done that without putting a date on it I wouldn't like it but how could I object. It's the setting of a date that bothers me.

But that doesn't even compare to my irritation at the courts now deciding that a dimpled ballot is a vote. If their whole card is dimpled then maybe you can make a claim that they were too weak to puncture the ballot. But every other race is punctured except President and now someone can decide from a dent that a vote has been cast! Christ at this point the ballots have been handled for over a week, who knows where or when the dimple happened.
