Bush had nothing to do with that law and he did not sign it.
As a republican, I would be willing to live with the decision that dimpled ballots may be counted but don't have to be counted, as long as the same rules apply to Republican counties without artificially imposed deadline. (The Sunday deadline has absolutely ZERO basis in Florida law.)

GOre's not going to get enough votes anyway, so I suggest he keep his mouth shut about delegate challenges.
