The problem will be solved in 89 years and four months. Ask a dumb question, get a dumb answer. Re: out-of-wedlock births. Yes, such is not exclusive to African-Americans. Much of this is cultural, too. In parts of Appalachia, it is not considered unusual for a girl to have a baby out of wedlock, then start dating and get married. Similar also is found among certain tribes in Africa and among certain North American Indian tribes. Which is why, for instance, family trees among some North American Indian tribes branch maternally and not paternally: Mother is always known; father is not always known.
