There is some question on just how a ballot can be dimpled.
A newscaster on MSNBC, tried numerous times to dimple a ballot with a stylus. Each time the chad either broke totally out. Maybe a couple of times a few corners broke out but at no time did it just dimple. I'm wondering if the machines could have dimpled the ballots...or handling or?
