I know that story and it is true. I was at a Robertson Stephens conference where Jay Walker spoke at lunch. The entrepreneur who got f*cked by PCLN's rip off approached Jay after the lunch. When the man infroduced himself, Mr. Walker turned ashen, clearly guilty and afraid of being exposed in front of 500 people. It was quite a site. "Marketel International, a California company charging that Priceline stole its business model developed 10 years ago."
