Note the earnings growth for Software for FY ending May 2001. It's not often you see 9% EPS growth for Software sector. biz.yahoo.com Or 5% for Networking sector. biz.yahoo.com The market's being taken down in concert with earnings growth expectations. I suspect that earnings expectations and stocks will get ratcheted down again in mid-January to early March when earnings are reported in January.
