Wait for the capitulation and then buy when there's blood in the streets. Then be prepared to sell whenever the Nasdaq retraces back up to the 3,000 level. There's a TON of resistance there and it will take some time and quite a bit of volume to penetrate it again.

And if anything proves my point that we're heading towards 2,400 or so, is the fact that we'll need a trading range that equal to more than a mere 200 or 300 points.

We may get that capitulation on Friday. If not, then there will be more tax loss selling into any rallies through the middle of December when everyone starts looking forward to the January effect, pension refunding, and a new tax year.

Regards,

Ron
