watman.com is the lawyer in the cited case. His words... The lawyer involved with the Illinois case. Only ballot with a hole thru the dimple were counted. 19 out of 26 ballots were not counted for dimples only. This case was cited in the Supreme Court decision. The judge in this case decided on each ballot. Thank you Mr Boise.
