My belief is that Mr Bush is a very bright man. His foibles when speaking publicly may be from the fact that when speaking when he puts together words to create the image of his ideas he suffers from the limitation of reviewing any facts he wants to speak in such a way as not to do a Clinton or a Gore. Honesty requires hesitant thoughtful speaking. Bill and Al just fabricate the facts to make the point of the story. And personal facts like I went to Texas with fred to see billy bob just rush with fluidity from Mr Gore. Oh I sorry I got mixed up with the facts.... That's a stupid excuse, but it's manner for the stupid.
