Do you want one who changes by what the latest poles indicate? Brian Williams stated the other night on MSNBC, that Gore was persuaded by Saturday Night Live to tone down his act during the 2nd debate, due to the way SNL depicted him. Now if that isn't shallow, I don't know what is. A comedy show for heavens sake. See, you guys just don't get it. Gore repeatedly changed his message during the campaign to collect votes. When one message wasn't working, they had to recreate another based upon the latest polls. I just don't understand why American People cannot see through this rhetoric. And now, just like his campaign message, he's using every means possible to scrounge up enough votes, by using the State Supreme Court to change the Florida Law. All after this election was over.

To answer your question, yes I would rather have a President who cannot remember words, than one who would govern by the latest polls.
