All~ RESEARCH ALERT-Prudential raises 4 biotech firms NEW YC Pharmaceuticals Corp. (NASDAQ: IDPH), Gilead Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: GILD) and Sepracor Inc. (NASDAQ: SEPR) to strong buy ratings from accumulates. Prudential maintained Genentech's price target of $110; IDEC's target of $240; Gilead Sciences price target of $90 and gave Sepracor a price target of $100. Additional details were not immediately available. Shares of Sepracor were up 1/8 to $64-11/16 in early morning activity on the Nasdaq while IDEC traded up $2-13/16 to $155-1/4 and Gilead stock rose $1-7/8 to $66-1/2. Genentech shares were up 1/8 to $65-1/2 on the New York Stock Exchange.
