Centered keel over keel would be a perfect balance. I was thinking if they hit heavy seas the bow of the Cole might catch some quartering waves.

One thought I had is they may start working on Her while in transport and the angle gives them more room. One thing for sure, those people know one hell of a lot more about what they're doing than I ever will.
