Phil, Well, if she is going to close up shop soon she will want to use whatever $$ is left in the kitty to buy my magic beans. They are good magic beans and can be expected to grow to great heights and I am sure that PFG will be happy as I will be happy with the cash left in the treasury.
Phil, I am not sure what the future holds, however dissolution is not the answer. If gold stays down at $260 or so then any potential exploration project needs to meet a higher standard to go forward. That means there will be less of them and all the JV people will be fighting over them, so those with deep pockets will win. those with good connections will win too.
So take heart, PFG has both cash and good connections.
There are many explorations companies that are totally tapped out. No cash, no people and they will soon vanish. this consolidation will help a little.
