COGNICASE Appoints Sylvie Dupuis as Senior Vice President
Product Development of its Watch4me Inc. Subsidiary

COGNICASE Inc. (Nasdaq: "COGI") announced today
the nomination of Ms. Sylvie Dupuis to the position of Senior Vice
President Product Development of its Watch4me Inc. Web and
Wireless subsidiary.
With this appointment, Ms. Dupuis will be responsible for
supervising all technological development activities within
Watch4me. Ms. Dupuis joined COGNICASE earlier this year and up
until today managed its electronic payment subsidiary.
Prior to joining COGNICASE, Ms. Dupuis held various positions at
the National Bank of Canada during her 20 year tenure, including
as Vice President Development. Ms. Dupuis also held the position
of Vice President and General Manager of the Montreal regional
office of a large information technology firm for 4 years.
