US SUPREME COURT WILL OVERTURN RULING
Forget about 'equal protection' arguements. Forget about arguing about vote tampering. Forget about arguing about degraded ballots. The one arguement that is supported by the Constitution, consistant with all Federal precendent, and is clearly stated in federal law is you can not change rules governing the election after the election.

The Florida Courts have violated this principle time after time under the guise of "intent of the voter". ALL rules in place on November 8, 2000 in the state of Florida must be the rules that govern this election.

Let's enumerate some of the rules that the Courts have been changed since the election:

1. The deadline for filing returns has been changed from November 14th to November 26th.
2. The Secretary of State role in the election has been changed from one of oversight and descretion to one of being just a rubberstamp for whatever the local canvassing boards do. This conversely elevates the power of the local canvassing boards.
3. Local canvassing boards must now must consider dimples, which goes against long-time established local rules. This is based on some Illinois ruling which has no legal bearing to the established rules in Florida.
4. The period of contest has lost 12 days.

All these state rulings have done irreconcialble harm to the integrity of the elections and absolutely will get overturned.....BIG TIME!
