Food for thought:

There are millions upon millions throughout the world who rightfully wouldn't even begin to comprehend "the upset" of this thread.
So in economic downturns you can't buy as many toys(boohoo),at least you can eat well and sleep in houses that don't have dirt floors.
Now i am going to have a nice thankgiving dinner and be grateful i don't live in a back alley in Calcutta.

Where do you think this abundance we enjoy came from? Did it just drop from the sky because we are "special"? NO! I submit to you that the reason we enjoy this standard of living is because of the liberty, freedom, and property ownership rights, inalienably given by God, that our constitution guarantees.

Our constitution did not just appear one day - it came with a price - it cost many lives.

For the most part, it is not lack of resources that cause third world economies to remain poor, but in the long run, it is their lack of capitalism, property ownership rights, and individual liberty that keep them poor.

The rights we enjoy in this country were hard fought for. Let's not take them for granted.
