My question was not of the judges or their duties but of the election process which is to be of the people, by the people. When the election moved from a people based format to a judicial based format the election process is open to misinterpretation as I feel is the case in Florida, to a case of partisan politics although not necessarily intended.I do not think the forefathers who wrote the constitution of the US of A intended that the process would be controlled by the judiciary.I know what you are saying regarding interpretation of the law but the general public may see otherwise hence elevating their skepticism towards the whole process unfolding right now.
Not to insult, but I find it most humourous on one hand and belittling the office of the most powerful individual in the world on the other hand. The world is watching this closely.
