In fact,the presidency of Bill Clinton will go down in history as one of great peace and prosperity

First of all as I recall the cold war ended before Clinton. The economy was in a sweet spot with technology causing great financial savings and advances. Greenspan engineered a low interest rate environment all conducive to business expansion. And...Clinton took credit for it all. Oh yeah Clinton was a lucky sucker.
