Hi da cheif, Re:- just like 88 89 90 91...oh btw speekin of 91...straight sideways for a whole year...sound familiar... I was relocating around those years, got stuck with a house too. Turned out OK in the end, but there was a lot of property on the market at that time, specially 91, as I remember only too well. That's why I think Heinz B's choice of a FNM poot is a good bet. I'm buying up a few of those too. Now a moon shot after NAZ 2300 would suit me fine LOL. Though I'm bearish at the moment I always like to see your posts. Some bears have critisized your market timing as any one can say "buy the dip". BUT, if I remember from your site, you have called some tops too. Is that right? Pity I didn't take the stock market seriously during 88 to 91. Could have made some serious $$'s by now, or lost it completely.
