PW, you did your homework. I still don't know for sure how an upgrade Win CD is different from a full installation Win CD. The latter costs more. :) And, since it may have to be installed on a pc with nothing but DOS on it, it should respond to the DOS command setup.exe. But the upgrade Win CD presumes there is already a version of Windows on the pc - or does it? Maybe Dave can tell us what it says on his CD. Gottfried
