Other than calls on the QQQ (probably the quickest and easiest "protection"), consider the deeply beaten I-Nutz, such as (phew)INKT or YHOO or fallen tech darlings like BRCM, PMCS, GLW or (gag)ARBA for your best ClownBuck call value. Decembers will do nicely, (you sure don't want to pay up in primo for this garbage). Personally, I'd only buy as much as you need to protect poots and shorts, cause prewarning season's gonna be a bitch this year and its only 1-2 weeks away... EDIT: QCOM probably would be the best of the lot, it's the only tech stock I would actually consider owning for the long-term at this point anyway... Think like a clown and grow rich (for a few minutes, anyway).
