Well, I think this whole argument about "dimpled chads" is ridiculous. How can anyone possibly discern intent from a potential mistake.

Especially if the person managed to punch out the holes for other state candidates or referendums being put to a vote from the people.

What if these people made A CONSCIOUS CHOICE NOT TO VOTE FOR EITHER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE? Here we have someone ready to press that "chad" for Gore or Bush, pressing in a little bit, but then saying "screw them all, I won't vote for either of them". And yet Gore wants that dimple counted as a vote for him.

I can see a hanging chad with daylight, but a pregnant one is BS.
