At these share prices I think somebody is going to buy them out but then again the insiders would know and the price shouldn't be this low. So my guess is they haven't got a buyer, the quarter is really ugly. They did say they will take a 20Mil charge when they axed 500 employees. Somebody did post a rumor of 30mil loss so that leaves a 10 mil loss from the normal operation. For the price to be this low something really bad must be happening. I guess the Q release will give us non insiders the low down. The funny think is that at one time they had enough cash on hand to buy themselves out :-). Are you shorting or on the sidelines? JMHO Mike
