Gao..interesting article..several days ago an article appeared on this thread by some quantitative analysis type purporting to prove statistically that fraud was committed in Palm Beach county between the first and second machine count...since the number of double punched ballots was around 4.4% if I remember correctly where as the county average nationally was around .5%....they concluded with statistical CERTAINTY that fraud had occurred...ie. someone double punched the Bush ballots...also there was an opportunity for voters to get a second ballot if they had recognized at the time that they had made a mistake...I have friends who did this, in fact...what happened to those discarded ballots????? and how many were there....there is no question in my mind that fraud occurred here this time as well as in 1996 when again, a disproportionate number of ballots WITH NAMES ON ONE SIDE....were also thrown out,...smells real bad doc
