Bernard,

You bet this is a promise I always will keep. I usually hold for a lot longer then that. My profiles, even paid ones, I consider investments. Time is money and I have devoted a lot of time into researching a profiled company before I profile it. I will never sell a compensated profiled stock for 30 days after a profile is started nor will I ever sell any stock, compensated or not, on a day I send out an email about the company's stock.

Also at my main web site you can read every trade I have made. This tells the truth.

IFTP has issued a ton of shares for debt which have hit the market. Yes dilution happens when this takes place. This has just created a buying opportunity IMO. If revenue is real and I suspect it is this will overcome the dilution. The dilutive selling should all dry up soon and I expect news the next few weeks that should help the situation out. I'll reserve my opinion on management. I have read a lot about the CEO and will hold back my opinion until a couple Qs pass. The company is relatively new so he deserves a chance. My time frame for a CEO is 12 to 24 months and then if not headway is gained ax them.

Good luck,
