go to run and type in msconfig and click ok. Go to startup tab and uncheck the boxes that you want to eliminate starting at boot. None of these are really necessary except explorer and systray. Leave them alone. You will be prompted to restart before changes take effect.

Some of your offending programs may be launched from your startup folder located in C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs. Make yourself another folder within this same directory by rightclicking on any blank space and choosing new folder. Name it disabled startup. Rightclick and cut the program shortcuts from within the start folder and paste them into the disabled folder just in case you want them back at some future date.
