Had the same dilemma a few weeks ago re: JDSU vs. JDU. I was just ready to start scalping and a friend filled me in. You can't trade them interlisted. There is a conversion feature on the Canadian side and it isnt allowed. The conversiotion thingy is the reason for the premium :(
