below 30= oversold
below 20= double oversold
below 10= screaming buy

DOW = 24.76
SPX = 21.00
OEX = 24.27
BKX = 17.09

COMP= 16.14
NDX = 19.21
SOX = 27.16
IIX = 12.64
DOT = 11.01
