WHEN that very analyst report filters it's way to the sales staff brokers who THEN use the research to recommend a RETAIL INVESTOR buy. Is that right? Who is responsible? Their giving professional advice. Should there be no professional standards? Should there be no professional ethics? Could you as a licensed professional operate this way in your respective field of work?
