FALCON: If you made an accusation against someone that you believed was true at the time, but you subsequently discovered facts that showed that it was an incorrect accusation, directed at the wrong individual, say, what would you do in those cases?
McMAHON: Vague, overbroad, compound, not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. You can answer the question.
FELCH: Again, it's such a general question, it's hard to give one definite answer. I would try to apologize or whatever to the individual and try to correct the situation.
